The Equipment Bank provides monitoring equipment to community-based water monitoring programs throughout Atlantic Canada. The Equipment Bank program is the longest running program of AWN’s founding organization, CBEMN. It provides calibrated and properly maintained equipment free of charge and works similarly to a library loan program.
Please contact AWN’s office today with any questions on use of equipment or to book for your monitoring program. The summer months is our busiest time of the year so please book in advance.
Atlantic Water Network continues to update equipment and make sure that equipment is calibrated and functioning properly so that your organization can collect the most accurate data possible. If you would like to receive training on how to use any of the equipment pieces listed below, please contact our office.
The Equipment Bank is brought to you by: TD Friends of the Environment, Saint Mary’s University Department of Geography and Environmental Studies and the Community Based Environmental Monitoring Network.
